Question / Help Best Downscaling Filter setting?

So, I am streaming 720p 60 FPS using my 1080p monitor therefore downscaling it to 720p. My question is which Filter setting do I use?

Bilinear, Bicubic Sharper, or Lanczos?

Lanczos is the best filter but of course uses the most CPU usage out of the three. The cost of CPU usage isn't very large so you shouldn't have a problem using Lanczos filter.

Use Lanczos if you have atleast i5 2500k/3570k or i7. Or AMD FX-8xxx. There shouldn't be any noticeable impact to performance with those cpus

The filters are using GPU, btw. I lose at most 2 FPS with Lanczos vs Bilinear
