Just FYI, as we push your CPU to get more quality out of the settings I suggested, we might end up hitting a wall, this is why I wanted you to disable those launch options, I get that its running fine now, but no one needs 500fps (around 150-200fps is adequate for snappy input latency). this is in reference to what I said earlier
Also note, do not use -high or -threads launch options with CS:GO. these will impede performance when streaming and limit the preset you can drop to.
