Alright so i know obs relies heavily on how much cores you have. If i have a amd a6 quad core running at a reference clock of 1.8 ghz will this suffice for recording at 1080p@30 fps and could it handle 60fps

How bout 720 and for streaming I could put it at 480 rightIt probably won'tt handle it. The lowest processor I'd choose for a secondary encoding rig is an i3 4xxx series or an amd FX 6300.
