Question / Help Beeping While streaming

Alright guys, I could really use some help here. I have my stream up and it seems to be working perfectly except for 1 small problem that I've had since I began streaming. I keep having a constant "Beep" in my stream I am using A40's and a ElGato to stream.

Under the settings on OBS tab "Audio" my settings are:
Desktop Audio Device: Default
Microphone/Auxiliary Audio Device: Default
Desktop Boost (multiple): 1
Mic/Aux Boost (Multiple): 5
Mic Time Offset (milliseconds):0

I'm using my laptop cam, as well as my laptop Mic to stream. I have a ps3 camera on the side if needed to use, but I can't seem to get OBS to read the device and use the camera.

I noticed an echo in your vod.

if you normally open up twitch while recording i can imagine that it's caused by that.

disable the sound of the twitch webplayer and try to recording again. or dont watch your livestream at all while recording and check your vod if it's still there.

Perhaps this beep is caused by that.

I'll test that as soon as I get home, because yes, i do usually have twitch while streaming, I do always have it on mute however for no echo, but i wont use it all tonight and see how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll get back to you when I can.

Tried that any couldn't work sadly =\... if you have any other suggestions I'm all ears. if not then, I thank you for trying to help man was worth a shot. anyone else think they could possibly help me out?

Well im not a specialist in this area but perhaps there is more info in your logfiles.
This kind of strange beeps can be caused by different things.

im also wondering if you get that sound if you record you voice locally with a sound recording program.
