Question / Help Beeping Sound While Streaming?

Hello... whenever I stream I experience this beeping sound that is very annoying. It seems to only be when im streaming.... Here is my log file https://gist.github.com/a2026f1531903117d9a2
If uyou cannot figure out the problem I may upload a video showing the problem but I would rather not because I dont need other people seeing my face ca

and also i wasnt too specific but basically every time I begin speaking a beep occurs twice really quickly
 
ignore this post... i have figured out that this is not a obs problem... for some reason no matter in game or talking to anybody... my astro a40's never stop beeping when i talk and it sucks
