Okay, I used to stream at college, no problemo everything fine. Moved in with brother and his fiancee for the summer, when I streamed last night, they said they weren't able to open websites or anything. I don't know if I need to either change my router or switch, or up my internet speed with the company. Here is my internet data

Knowing the bitrate you're trying to stream at would be useful.

I have it set at 1800, but I'm not too sure what that means. I just left it default.

Streaming at 1800 Kbps when you've only got ~1900 Kbps to work with is probably going to cause issues, especially with other people trying to use the same internet connection simultaneously. Try 1500 Kbps instead. If that doesn't seem to work, test with lower values (e.g. decrease by 100 Kbps at a time).
