Question / Help Bad stream quality

Do anyone know why my stream quality is so bad ? i got 0 frames dropped no lag while playing no lag on stream.

GPU: ASUS GTX 770 2GB

Your bitrate is too low for the quality you're trying to achieve. Try raising it if your bandwidth will allow.
