Question / Help Bad Quality Stream?

I'm not sure if I just have high expectations, or something is actually wrong, but my stream looks like shit to me. It's really blurry and blocky, especially when I start moving, everything seems to blur together.

Stream VOD: http://www.twitch.tv/imakemansions/b/535394834 - Look at :23 to :26, everything seems to blend together and just be a blurry mess. It seems especially bad during movement.

Stream Log: http://pastebin.com/WJr4ZL8C

Speedtest: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3543664835

I've also tried 1080p @ 30FPS and 720p @ 60FPS (W/ Lanczos) and they all still look pretty bad.

Any help would be great!

EDIT: The local recording also looks just as bad as the Twitch VOD, so it's nothing wrong with Twitch.

Stop streaming at 1080p60. Aside from being extremely demanding to encode and quality-limited by the bitrates you can use on sites like Twitch, it's also handled very poorly by Flash player which means viewers will have problems watching it smoothly as well. If you want a 60 FPS stream, downscale to 1280x720. If you want a 1080p stream, keep the frame rate at 30.

Also keep in mind that streaming at 3500 Kbps will make it much more likely that an increasing number of your viewers get frequent buffering interruptions while trying to watch. Unless you're partnered, it would probably work better for everyone if you streamed at something like 720p, 30 FPS, and 2000-2500 Kbps.
