Bad Quality Recording for no reason... RTX2060 16GB i7-9700F Please Help

I really need help with this. PC specs(RTX2060 16GB i7-9700F)
So I've been trying to record 1080p on Minecraft but the quality is so bad (CQP 16) and even if I turn it lower, the resolution still doesn't feel good.
is it because of my monitor?(but it's also 1080p 144hz) i really don't know what did i do wrong please help.
