Hi, I have a problem. When I'm playing cs:go without recording/streaming I have 200-300FPS without any problem. When I record/stream with shadowplay, I have no FPS drop and video/stream is nice in 720p/1080p and 60FPS. But when I use OBS My stream looks like: http://www.twitch.tv/alciaktv/v/36932961 (30FPS for test). I have tried so many options own and from youtube. The settings I have right now (own) are the best I found for the quality and the pixel problem ;d. It usually happens when I move with the mouse fast but even without that the problem occurs (check the video). I don't know is it because I'm not the partner of twitch, bad settings or my PC spec, but I saw many people with worse PC's with better stream :(. If anyone could help me, I would be reallllyyyy grateful. Thank you.

PC SPEC:
CPU - Intel core I5 4460 3.2GHz
GPU - GTX960 2GB
RAM: HyperX 8GB 1600MHz
SSD + HDD
Windows 10 pro

//EDIT

@up I did try to, but in my opinion was even worse than with quickSync ;d and when I was playing csgo I had about 160FPS but when I was moving it was like freezeing for 2/10 of a second every 1 second. I will try again now anyway. All my drivers are up to date in any case.

Well, picture quality will ALWAYS be worse with quicksync vs x264 simply because the best quality per bitrate in h264 encoders right now comes from x264.

Microfreezing like that indicates other potential problems in your setup.

Okay a lot for help. Now it works as it should :D. Just one more problem. I'm limiting my upload speed to 3100kb/s but sometimes on OBS it says 3900 kb/s and then I notice a lag and small ping increase in game.

Then set your bitrate lower.

If you don't have twitch partnership, you're actually alienating viewers by running above about 2000kbit.
