Hi, I've been recording my Minecraft gameplay and for some reason, the video goes all fuzzy and pixelated when I turn my player too quickly. It looked fine when I'm playing the game, but the quality drops when I'm watching the gameplay.

You're overloading your GPU and your encoder (CPU).

Suggest lowering both of these. While best quality is obtained by not scaling and starting with the native resolution of your display, many modern Macs have GPUs that are comparatively weak compared to the high pixel count of their displays. I'd choose 1920x1080 for both and see how that goes. For streaming that would be the high end, and the bitrate you have selected, 2500, is much, much too low for decent quality even at 1080p, let alone the resolution you've chosen. If that is the max upload you can sustain, you should be targeting 720p30.

You don't appear to have changed your resolution settings at all.

Other than that, there's no output session in the log, so nothing else to look at.

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

I would reduce canvas resolution further, your GPU is not particularly powerful.
