Question / Help Bad OBS quality on Pretty good PC no matter what I do.

My PC has a GTX 1080 as well as a Ryzen 7 in it but whenever I go to record a video the final product is always blurry and pixelated. My OBS settings are shown in the files below. Thank you in advance!
