Question / Help Bad Audio Sync: Game and Mic audio have 2 second delay. (for everything)

So Whenever I stream there is always a 2 second delay between what you see on the screen and the noises you should hear while watching. so if i jump in a platformer and it makes a noise, you hear that noise 2 seconds after seeing it. I don't have a capture card and I am not recording anything on a console which is the problem I see for everyone else.
I have played around with the setting but nothing I have tried worked. I eventually set it back to the default it needs to be just to be sure everything will be working right.
I have no idea what the problem is but my past few streams on twitch.tv/pmaguire13 have been tests if you want anything to go off of.
I actually saw 1 highlight that shows this issue perfectly which I will put right here (http://www.twitch.tv/ramma_/c/5170104) Notice how they shoot the gun but the sound and reaction happens 2 seconds after. Thats the issue I have.

Ok here it is

sorry it took so long I went to eat

Gonna bump as I have the same problem. Never had any problems with audio, but after the last update it's been delayed. Desktop/game and microphone, that is.
I've read about the "force timestamps" and other options, but I dont really understand why that's suddenly needed?
What changed from the last version, and why does this happen because of it?

Try setting the Global Audio Sync Offset to 2000 under the Audio portion of Advanced settings.
I already tried that and it just made the audio delay longer. I tried doing it -2000 but the lowest it goes is -400 which helps but not enough.
Thanks for trying though.

So I was playing around with the scene buffering time and the global audio sync offset and I eventually got it to work. Well for now. I have the buffering time set to 500 and the offset set to 0

Also here have the latest log

So I noticed a new problem with OBS. It might just be temporary but 1/8 times now that I try and stream it wont actually stream, the kb/s thing in the bottom right is grey and stays at 0 kb/s and then it auto reconnects. I you can use the old log (http://pastebin.com/epsKJgXM) since it was happening at that time too but here is the newest log (http://pastebin.com/JjZW87LD)
It might just be because I have been trying to stream so frequently but I am not sure
