Question / Help B&W Video in editing software

Whenever I record with OBS, and put it into my editing software (Vegas Pro 13) the videos would automatically turn into B&W but there'd be very little hints of colors (sort of stream of colors in some parts of the video).
I'm not sure if its just OBS recording's or its Vegas Pro being dumb, but when I use other clips I recorded with my camera the coloring is fine.
Does anyone else have this problem?

It's more likely vegas being dumb, especially if the files play fine in VLC.

I also tried using windows movie maker, when I input clips into movie maker, the clips are all black and all I can see/hear is the audio from the clips

Do the files open properly in VLC or no?

When I USE VLC the videos are fine, but when placed into any editing program they become either, Black & White, Seem corrupted, or just not there.

Then the problem is the editing software you're using.
