Question / Help Avermedia Sound Issues

My setup is currently out putting all sounds through the mic channel in OBS. Basically, any sound from the PS4 (changing menus, guns shooting, party chat) is making the mic levels go up and down, while the audio levels stay silent. Same when talking (which is how it should be). Here is a gif of me just changing menus and the sounds levels obs are displaying. https://gyazo.com/fde5dd042ccea353eef000bd3ca34007

I am using OBS - Avermedia Live Gamer HD - Astro Mixamp Pro

My setup completely matches my wife's and hers works fine, any sounds she makes change the levels on the audio while talking changes the levels on the mic side. I have matched all audio/mic/obs/capture card/ps4 settings EXACTLY

I have changed out and used everything from her setup (except her live gamer hd) on mine, same result. Below are the other methods I have tried.

Uninstall/reinstall live gamer HD - same results
Uninstall/reinstall OBS - same results
Installed Multiplatform OBS - same results
Used completely different audio cables - same results
Uninstalled live gamer from one pci slot and installed into different slot on mobo - same result

Basically the last step I have yet to try is pull out the avermedia live gamer from my wife's pc and test in mine, but I wanted to get some input before I do that.

Any help would be fantastic, as this is driving me insane.

Also I am on Windows 10 (Definitely hope this isnt the issue)

You appear to be getting audio via the Line In jack, which is a recording device in Windows, and thus when you select Line In as your mic/aux device in OBS it will use the mic volume indicator. Everything appears to be working as expected based on how you've set things up.

Well I am lost then as to why the audio and mic is seperate on my wife's setup which is exactly the same. This doesn't allow me to really adjust or change mic volume without affecting audio volume and vice versa.
