Question / Help Avermedia Portable Audio Stutter

I just bought the Avermedia Portable set it up and did a test stream http://www.twitch.tv/taknliv3s/b/534232404 and as you can see no problems. Today I get on to play watchdogs and the audio seems to stutter or lag and I did nothing to the damn thing. Can someone please help me
