Had the live gamer for around a month now, was working fine. Using as a video source when playing the xbox one. Now nothing is displaying in OBS - tryed reinstalling drivers etc - nothing at all, even checked the software "RecCentral" now not displaying in that - if anyone can help would be brilliant

So the video is not even appearing in RECentral? Are you sure the cables are all hooked up correctly, and the device is not in use anywhere else?
 
all wires connected & nothing else is using the device :/ - main display on screen works its just the video showing back in rec/obs
 
Have you checked your device manager, is the device installed correctly, no yellow caution sign?
 
If it's not showing up properly in the device manager, you might need to resinstall drivers.
 
If it's not working in RECentral, you might want to contact AVerMedia support instead.
