Question / Help Avermedia Live Gamer Pro showing nothing in obs?

I've been streaming all day from my XboxOne to my OBS and I began to watch a video of Halo Nightfall on stream, as this was booting up my image froze and after countless installs, uninstalls, restarts and etc the LGP Steam Engine shows literally nothing, it's transparent.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I'm leaving it unplugged and my computer off for tonight

Does the Live Gamer Portable still work with AVerMedia's own software?

It seems to be working in it's own software slightly, but it also didn't show up in REC all last night except once, it's showing up now but with really choppy results?

I fixed it.

On the Xbox One I guess if you watch live video, or DVR, or open a movie/tv show/netflix while the stream is running, or you are recording through software the XB1 sends a signal out via HDMI that this is copy protected material not to be recorded. The way around this is to hard reset your XB1 by holding down the power on the front for 10 seconds, then booting it back up.

I was watching Halo Nightfall in the Halo Channel when I got this, and there was no prompt or anything until I tried to record through RECCentral.
