For some reason OBS is picking up audio but it is not going to my stream...... Help please.

That spam in the log means that your scene buffering time is too low, you're using the old defaults from an old version of OBS. Go in to advanced settings, set "Scene buffering time" to 700 or more, then try again.

It will help with audio issues, yes. But you also need to open your capture source properties and change the audio device to "Use Device Audio".
