Question / Help Avermedia Live Gamer HD black screen HELP!

So first i had the red screen in obs so i restarted my computer and now i dont have the red screen i just have the black screen. My monitor is running 1080p@60fps and i wanna stream at 720p@60fps but there is a black screen. and when i use the LGCD stream engine it only lets me stream at 1280x800.. so idk it doesnt make sense to me but maybe it may make sense to one of you

Okay nvm it isnt something with you OBS it is directly just my card it show up a black screen even on Recentral do you have any help for that? any place i can contact for support

Make sure you point out that it's getting the black screen on REcentral -- seeing as they probably won't support anything related to OBS. Just state that you're getting issues with it on REcentral.
