Question / Help Avermedia LGX (GC550) - 1080p 60fps Stutter Problem

I recently got the Avermedia LGX and I'm having some problems with it using it in OBS. I can't seem to get a smooth 1080p 60fps using OBS. I've tried using many different settings and also tried QS and NEVC but nothing helps.

Here is a video where you can see the frame stutter problems I'm having. This is recorded using OBS on the Ultrafast preset at a bitrate of 45000kb/s:

My CPU is only at 60% (max load) when using those settings so it shouldn't really stutter.
I've also tried using the OBS Multiplatform beta and when using OpenGL mode it seems to stutter less but it still does it.

When using Virtual DUB with x264 codec it works perfect, no frame stutter at all.

Forgot to mentioned that I've also tried running it at 30fps but even then I'm still getting frame stutter.

I also have a Avermedia Game Broadcaster HD and when looking at them both you can clearly see the Game Broadcaster HD is smoother than the LGX.

Use buffering of Avermedia Device (2000ms) and Scene Bufferingt 2000 too.

Restart OBS ...

I just recently got this card also. I am having the worst luck with obs. It seems to freeze or stop recording. Did you happen to find any solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciate
