Question / Help Avermedia LGP Audio sync Issue

I saw a few old threads about this from 2 years ago (From recent searching for a fix). Is there a certain limit of "video bitrate" I should stick to on the LGP Stream Engine software that will not make my audio desync? It was set to 12.0 mbps and everything seemed to be fine on my past few streams, today I wanted to try the highest bitrate 60.0 mbps for the highest quality of video and it seemed to make my stream audio delay about 3-4 secs my viewers told me. Anyone that uses this capture card have any solution to this? Should I stay at 12.0 mbps or maybe try going up a little to 20.0 mbps or 30.0 mbps? All of my drivers are up to date and I couldn't find a fix online for this. If there is any Info I can give you guys to make this easier to figure out please let me know so I can give it to you! I'm just trying to get the best quality as possible without having this audio syncing issue.

Here is a link to a picture of my stream engine settings - http://gyazo.com/0eee57a1508869a19d22c521248560ab

I made sure to match the Resolution/Audio/FPS Settings on my LGP with OBS as well, So I am really unsure what the issue is.

So this only happens when you also have the Stream Engine software record locally as well as act as a video capture source in OBS? Using OBS by itself to stream/record and everything is alright?

If you are only streaming at 2-3mbps, is there any advantage turning it up to 60 or even 12?

Most of the time I have problems just trying to get the stream engine working....

I just use the LGP Stream Engine as the source for OBS, I do not record anything locally at all, I am only using it for streaming. It seemed to happen when I put the video bitrate to 60.0 Mbps on the LGP Stream Engine. When it was at 12.0 mbps I did not have this issue.

I used to have this issue for about a year and I found a youtube video that finally fixed it for me recently. You have to make sure you do not have google chrome open before opening OBS. For some reason google chrome uses the LGP Stream Engine(no idea how) so it will not show up as a source on OBS. Since I started doing this I have had 0 issues in getting LGP Stream Engine to show up on OBS, you might have to also close skype as well but I know for sure its because of google chrome.

As far as I know, the bitrate in the Stream Engine software has no effect on its DirectShow output (what you're adding to OBS), just on the files it records. 5 Mbps or 500 Mbps, the picture going to OBS from Stream Engine should be the same.

Hmmm so have any ideas as to why I am getting this audio desync on my stream? any other info I can give you that may spot the problem?

No idea how it would be related to the bitrate setting in Stream Engine, but since the setting doesn't matter, why not set it back to 12 Mbps and have it work?
