This problem seems like an issue with the capture card rather than OBS, but AverMedia doesn't seem to have a support forum and I don't know where else to get help.
I've captured from my WiiU and Retron 5 through the LGP through HDMI fine previously, Today I decide to dust off a PS2 slim a friend gave me a couple of years ago. (And try capturing via component through the LGP)
It worked fine on PC free mode, and had a small issue in PC mode until I updated the drivers. Now it works fine, but only in the system browser (startup screen with no game, memory card, and system config) Once I pop in a game (Kingdom hearts) It starts to read the disk, and when the game is supposed to load, I suddenly get "no signal" on RECentral, and the passthrough to my monitor gets no signal as well.
My best guess was that maybe the game runs at a different resolution as the browser (does this happen? I'm not to familiar with PS2 stuff) So I decided to try only plugging in the LGP after the game has started, but it didn't help. When I restart the PS2 I get visual again, until the game boots up.
I've also tried changing the video resolution on RECentral to both 720 x (xxx) resolutions (I've been googling for half a day trying to fix this) I still don't get a signal.
does anyone know what's going on and what I have to do to get a signal once the game starts?
