Question / Help Avermedia LGP 4:3 Resolution Problem

I'm using an Avermedia Live Gamer Portable with the latest software update for Avermedia's Stream Engine and I can't seem to get 720x480 to work as a resolution for capturing a PS2 game over component cables. When inputting the resolution via Configure --> Stream Engine module I set the resolution to 720x480 but OBS gives me the error message: "This device does not support that resolution". I've tried adjusting the custom resolution to 720x480 as well but to no avail. I know the resolution works with LGP because Avermedia's RECentral can detect it and records the video at 720x480 resolution. What's unusual is that in the Stream Engine config it says that the video is 720x240, 60fps which I believe is the cause of the problem. I've tried adjusting to that resolution but it crashes/doesn't accept it. Any idea on how to fix this?

Don't have a solution but I'm getting the same problem. 720x240 @60, mine doesn't crash but the detected resolution can not be changed. Anyone out there please help.

this might be an issue with interlacing, not sure if there is an option for your capture, but your game output probably outputs interlaced which you might have to select in the video capture device.
