I'm having a problem where the AverMedia Live Game Engine isn't showing on the device list. I'm run in 32bit and everything just not showing. Need help

Update:
Just realized when installing LGP I get error messages

I'm trying everywhere for a solution If can help, please. Super Smash comes out next week and I need it fixed to stream.

- Reboot.
- Uninstall all of your AVerMedia software. Drivers, Stream Engine, RECentral, etc.
- Manually delete any leftover AVerMedia folders yourself. Look in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86).
- Download and reinstall the latest driver package and Stream Engine from the AVerMedia website.

Plug on the AverMedia and then start the PC.
