I've been using this capture card for about three weeks until last week it stopped working all together. I opened OBS and there was no video or sound of my XBox. I undid the cables, plugged them into the correct ports, tried a different USB. Nothing worked. It came out of nowhere too since there hadn't been an update for the card or OBS as far as I could tell. I've searched online for answers for hours and haven't received the correct answer, uninstalled and reinstalled their software, tried running everything as admin and obs32 bit. Nothing, their support just tells me to reinstall their software again. I haven't been able to stream for about 1 1/2 weeks now and I want to get back to it. So I'll take any help or tips I can get.
