Hey guys, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have the avermedia extremecap and I love the little device, works perfectly for me. As the device has an HDMI in only and no output I use a Splitter to output to my monitor AND to the capture card. I use a 2 pc setup and I try to record from my PC with the splitter, But at the moment I plug in both hdmi outputs in my splitter, my audio option ''Avermedia'' on the playback devices gets disconnected. No more audio output.
Is it my splitter thats bothering me? It does show me a signal on my PC when I unplug the hdmi output to my monitor, But I don't like to watch at the preview window on my second computer to game on my PC. any solutions?!
The splitter works perfectly on my PS4, The capture card gets audio from the hdmi and even my TV.
