Question / Help Avermedia Extreme Cap U3 + PS4

When I click preview stream after setting up all of my settings, I just get a black screen. I'm not sure what to do. I'm very new to this.
 
PS4 has an encyrpted signal known as HDCP. It's a digital rights management signal implemented by sony to prevent the capturing of the PS4.
