Question / Help Avermedia C985 30 FPS block

Hi ! (I want first to say sorry for my bad English)

So I get my video capture card "Avermedia Live gamer HD C985" that I have put on my dedicated streaming PC in order to stream at 720p and 60 FPS. But when I use Open Broadcaster Software for live stream I'm blocked at 30 FPS...

I have noticed two things:
- When I use "AverMedia RECentral" for streaming I get 60 FPS
- When I downscale my resolution on my gaming monitor at 720p I get 60 FPS on "OBS"

I think that my settings are good :

That capture card cannot do 1080p60 on the output. It can capture 1080p60 on the input, but has to output it as 720p60 or 1080p30.

Hi, I just purchased the Avermedia Live Gamer HD internal card to record my pd4 gameplay. I connected my computer to my ps4 via hdmi just as the instructions say to. I keep getting an error message that says," nodevice detected" when I open the Avermedia software. please help!

Doesn't sound like an OBS issue to me. Anyways, connect it to a computer monitor and make sure there really is a video signal. And this really seems like a question for Avermedia, not OBS.
