Question / Help avamidia live HD capture internal HELP NEEDED

Not a problem but a question. i have the live had capture card in my streaming pc, i use hdmi for both video and sound but i also want to plug a cable from my xbox controller to the card so i can also capture my party chat. so can that work will it capture both hdmi sound and the stereo input sound at the same time?
 
Not without software or hardware. You can try a tool like virtual audio cable. Or with a hardware mixer.

For the mixer:
Gamesound via audio jacks in input a
Partychat in input b
Output mixer to input stream pc
