Automatic File Splitting and Chapter Marker

I start recording (split time: 10 minutes) and add a chapter marker at 00:34:14. As shown in the picture, the length of the fourth recording is 00:04:15, but the chapter marker is added to 00:34:14, which should be 00:04:14.
