Question / Help Audio while recording

So I was wondering if there was anyway to basically make it so lets say I am on TS3 or vent, can i make it so that OBS will ONLY pick sound up in game?

Sectioning out system audio is difficult, and currently we don't have any home-made solution for it, so users generally have to use virtual audio cable or similar driver-based programs to intercept application audio and segment them out. Difficult situation to deal with both for developers and for users.
