Audio/Video sync issue

Hello all....we have our church live stream going through OBS. However, there is a slight sync issue with the audio and video, both of which are running into our Blackmagic studio box. The sound from the board is great, and the video coming in is great, and it looks synced in the view box in OBS, but somehow there is a latency issue. How do I fix this?

I have constant problem with the OBS Decklink output audio being out of sync. Even just playing a video track in OBS, the audio sync needs to be set to -800ms for it to be in sync at our Hyperdeck and external encoder. I record in OBS as well, I then have to resync the record audio too. So the sync problem I have appears to entirely be in the Decklink Output section. This is a consist issues on different machines.
I wish this was addressed, along with general audio sync issues that EVERYONE else is reporting. It seriously lets down OBS from being the dream software it could be.
