Bug Report Audio & Video Problems

Hello, so here is what is going on. Recently OBS has started to completely mess up not only my audio, but my video as well, at some point while recording or streaming OBS starts dropping frames completely and the audio starts getting choppy, not only this but all sounds within my computer stop working and videos completely stop playing anywhere within my computer no matter what it is, a saved video or a internet video nothing works. I have to go into my volume mixer and completely restore my microphone, headset, speakers, etc everything back to defaults and repeatedly do this until the sound starts working again. It use to work completely fine even after I got Windows 10 for a while it was doing just fine but now nothing is working at all. I have completely uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it and it has yet to work.

Is this a normal issue with Windows 10 or does this have something to do with my computer because it's brand new and I just finished completely rebuilding almost everything on it. I would like to also point out that everything stops working around 3 minutes of recording or streaming on OBS, or whenever I switch scenes.

@BranchesOfSins If performance gets progressively poorer after you begin streaming/recording you should be looking at your system temperatures first. Make sure your hardware, particularly the CPU, isn't overheating.

@wimmbill Please make your own thread, describe your issue, and post a log.

Убедитесь, что ваше оборудование, в частности процессора, не перегревается.

It is definitely not my computers temperature I have 6 fans inside my computer and a liquid cooling system for my processor, nothing inside my computer ever get's hotter than 30c I made sure of that.

EDIT****
OBS now drops almost all performance almost instantly after a short period of time within 30 seconds, no matter what I do.

Did you actually check your temps since this problem started happening? The wording of your post sounds a lot like you didn't and are just assuming. Temperatures never going above 30c on air/stock closed loop water while under load also sounds very questionable.

Yes I just finished checking the only thing that goes anywhere near 30c is my graphics card and that only hits at most 25c my processor barely even hits 15c I used speccy to check the temperatures while recording and there is no change in the temperature when the stream collapses.

Okay so I checked again and the graphics card actually does go above 30c but either way for my graphics card it said that the average temperature is 30c-40c so it could not possibly be the graphics card, and the processor still does not go over 30c no matter what I do, I have never seen it go above 30c ever.
