Question / Help Audio/Video Delay

I am streaming my ps4 w/ OBS to twitch via Elgato Game Capture HD. I have a separate blue snowball mic I intend to use to talk to viewers. I use my Astro A50's for game audio. I know there is a delay from what I see and what the viewers see. My question is how do I find the correct audio/microphone delay so that it makes sense to my viewers as to what I am talking about. How do I know they aren't seeing a video delay of 5 seconds of what just happened in the game....It's hard to explain but I'm trying to perfectly sync my audio/video for the stream and need help doing that. I did a test stream and I moved my head on webcam and that didnt happen on twitch until like 10-15 seconds after

Anyone? I think I got my settings correct now. Just want to make sure. I know there is always a delay between OBS and twitch but how long of a delay is there supposed to be?

Assuming you DON'T cast ANY games from the streaming PC, and only use the capture device:
Set your scene buffering time to 2700
Set your mic time offset to 2000
If you use a webcam, enable buffering and set it to 2000.

Your cam/mic and elgato will be in sync, as the elgato has about a 2 second capture delay (2000ms). You can fine tune the sync between webcam and mic from that point.

If you cast on-system games as well, you'll have to undo/redo this each time you swap to/from the elgato capture, or your mic/webcam will be 2 seconds behind the gameplay.

Better yet, upgrade to a Elgato HD60Pro which doesn't have the 2 second cap delay.
