Question / Help Audio through stream but not headphones

I recently purchased a game capture card to stream Halo 4 on Twitch. I am able to listen to the audio clearly through TVR but when I stream through OBS I cannot hear audio through on my end. The audio is still coming though the stream though. I am also unable to stream though OBS AND play through TVR as I either get a blackscreen on my OBS or errors on TVR. Please Help.
