Question / Help Audio Sync

I Need To Get My Audio Synced with my mic (astro a40 & Mixamp), it is off by 2-3 sec and about 3 sec off my xbox... how do i fix it? i am enclosing my properties for my Elgato and webcam...

USB capture devices such as the elgato are delayed because they send an encoded signal and have to be decoded. Enable "use buffering" for both devices. For your elgato, leave it at 0, then for your webcam/mic, set it to 2000-3000 milliseconds if your webcam/mic are 2-3 seconds out of sync to match them up.

I'm using a logitech c910 and PX21 headset. I tick the use buffer on elgato 0 ms and tick the use buffer on webcam 1100 ms and 1100 ms on microphone and it's a almost perfect sync.
