Question / Help Audio, sucks! Help me remove static

Hi,

I just got his software, I done some initial recording and playing them back I saw the video isn't the best of quality because when there's a lot of movement it becomes pixelated ( I have upped the bit rate from 1000 to 2300 now and it slightly solved the problem but still it gets pixelated when there's a lot of movement). The audio is another story, there's a lot of static and I have no idea how to remove it. Please someone help.

When I played about with the audio settings sometimes there were no audio at all!

I have continued to figure out the problem, the static noise increases as the in-game sound increases. Anyone know how to solve it? Its really annoying me.
