Question / Help Audio Stutter w/ Elgato Game Capture HD?

I'm having a severe problem with game audio. It's stuttering/lagging. I'm currently using OBS build v0.651b and Game Capture HD Build 2.10.60.867 (PC says it's the current!)

My AT2020 mic works fine, no stuttering, and it's set for an offset of 1562 to match my Elgato. I thought it were I playing audio through my TV to hear it and match it up with the stream audio causing the problem. But alas, tis is not the problem.

Help ye matey? I promise I'm sea worthy.
 
You're not the only one. I've posted multiple topics on this same issue and not gotten a useful response. I also have not found a working solution yet. Sadly I've regretted my decision to purchase an Elgato since I bought it, I have never had it working perfectly. I've always had to find odd temporary solutions to getting it to do what it should do right from the start.

If you can find a working solution, I'd love it if you could post it here or in one of my threads as well. Because after over 2 months, I'm still fighting with it on a daily basis. It's getting really frustrating and I'm about ready to give up.
