Just like the title says, when I stream there is a horrible stuttering on the audio, and when I "stream preview" there is a lot of crackling and stutter as well. A few weeks ago it seemed to work just fine.
I'm using a Black Magic Intensity Shuttle 3.0. At first I thought it was my Shuttle because that bloody thing has been a hassle since day one but when using the capture software that comes with it the audio is perfectly fine.

My tinkering with it probably didn't help my situation much.
