Question / Help [Audio] Static in recording

Hello OBS users,

I'm long time user of OBS and I've always had the problem with audio, I have no idea what causes it but I've tried nearly everything and I can't find the solution. The first issue was with my G930 headset which always caused this major static in my headset, so I stopped streaming for a long time. When I got a new job I ordered a studio condenser microphone with pop filter, and wired it with an XLR cable to my Pyle audio mixer and then to my computer with the 5V cable. Alas, even after my new microphone (yes, even in my USB 3.0 slot), I still get static. I was reading more into it and found it may be a grounding issue. So I unhooked my computer from the power strip and made in the only input into the wall and moved my strip to another outlet, and yes it's a 3 prong cable, still had static. So I went even further and got a powered USB hub and plugged my microphone USB into that and into my computer, and I still have this darn static. I've tried reducing my db to lower volumes, lowering my gain and master volume with my mixer; I even tried going into the properties of my microphone, which the driver is a VIA HD audio input (updated to latest driver as per recently), and has no audio Enhancements unfortunately for static suppression, and I still cannot get rid of this noise.

What do I do?

TL;DR: Static noise in mic, grounded, have USB dock, XLR condenser to USB, grounded computer, reduced db, still have static.
