Audio signal not detected through my audio interface

Hello,
I am using motu mtk828 audio interface. I had selected audio interface in my audio capture, interface is detected But signal not coming from coming from my interface. Please try to solve my issue.

Experiencing similar problem here with a Thunderbolt interface, not sure how to resolve. But I am very new to OBS.

My genral recommendation is to troubleshoot OUTSIDE of OBS (OBS not running).
Make sure the audio input is visible to Windows (unless you are using an OBS Specific plugin to enable access to a Source)
Go to Windows Audio and check inputs. IN circumstances like this, usually that connection isn't not working as you expect (and naturally if the OS can't see it, then neither can OBS)
