Question / Help Audio Reversing while streaming? any help would be appreciated

i have had problems with my audio reversing for quite a while, i use a usb headset (Plantronics Gamecom 780) when i first got it the audio got reverse at random times but after installing the newer drivers the audio is only getting reverse while streaming. It makes it very difficult to stream CS:GO and other fps's that uses a lot of sound.

My specs(if that matters)
