Question / Help Audio repeating with youtube livestream

I was doing a test live stream for youtube and I saw that when I spoke or shot a gun, it repeated over and over again. I'm not sure how to fix this because I never have this issue with Twitch live streaming. My bit rate is 1,000 and base res is 1280x720, downscaled to 1.25 1024x576

How long was the delay between saying something and it repeating? You weren't watching your own stream with it unmuted while streaming, were you?
