I am using OBS with the video settings at

Video source: NVIDIA GTX 650 ti
Base Resolution set at custom :1080*1920
Aspect Ratio is 16:9
Resolution Downscale: 1280*720
Filter is best detail: ie 36 samples
FPS 60
Max bit rate 5500
with buffer size of 5500
I dont know why it wont record the gameplay. Sometimes it will record and other times it wont. The OBS will only record a certain time as well. an hour is max!! im trying to record videos to Youtube. HELP!!!

Using nvenc, you're going to need a LOT more video bitrate to maintain even a semblance of quality.

Black screen causes could vary from the hook conflict shown in your logs to you relying on windows media player to be "not junk"

I'm not real tech savvy so what would be the recommended settings based on my logs be for just a game capture and upload to YouTube in at least 720 P
