Question / Help Audio Quality 'bad' with Aver Portable

With the Avermedia Live Gamer Portable HD model C875 when I try to do audio directly from the source to OBS, the quality is bad if not almost robotic. When getting audio from the RECcentral it doesn't sound anything robotic. I tried experimenting with it for a little bit but I realize I can't get the audio I want and display with out going through another program and have obs record on top of it which would eat up more cpu.

Is there a possible work-around for this?

Also I tried hooking up a logitech HD camera to OBS and my mistake hitting the settings button while it was previewing and the camera no longer works, as in it will stall any program attempting to connect to it.

Maybe I should of posted some samples...

Here's going through LGP Steam Engine to OBS http://www.twitch.tv/zipice/b/544378151

Here's going through RECcentral then to OBS http://www.twitch.tv/zipice/b/544380073

Both audio in is 256bit ACC and out is 320bit MP3.

The down side to using RECcentral is that is going through the hassle to display this on the monitor, and if I was to try to stream the RECcentral window the resolution would not be the same. The only upside is the audio quality.

I've tried to see if I can get the audio through a separate program (like REC or FME) while OBS works with the LGP Stream engine but because it's the same device this was a no go.

Is this a encoding issue with LGP to OBS or is it just LGP and I need to bring this up with Avermedia?

Hello ZipIce, for some reason I don't notice the robotic sound and also the two sample sound about the same to me. Are you using LGP to stream your PC? I also own a LGP to stream console games and the audio is fine.

It's very notice-able when someone talks a lot of times it can do low frequencies fine but it's mid to high range when it sounds robotic.

Yes I'm using LGP, LGP is connected to my laptop it's getting visual input via hdmi and audio through the jack. I have not tried sound through HDMI yet to see if there is a difference in quality.
Audio HDMI is just as bad if not worse.
