Question / Help Audio problem.

Alright so for the past week I have been having audio issues with obs. At first I thought it was my mic and was trying everything I could think of to fix this weird audio problem. Well turns out it probably isn't my mic. I unplugged my mic and disabled all of the possible audio sources(For mics). The problem still persists. Googling didn't lead to anything. If anyone has any idea how to fix this please let me know.

Sounds like you've enabled some kind of crappy equalizer settings or or bass boost from your audio hardware.

I don't have any filters on OBS, and nothing changed on anything else. Everything sounds fine through my headset, OBS is recording and streaming it weird. Here are my audio settings in OBS https://gyazo.com/cca218c7830d5531a579695345965b95

That's fine but it still sounds like a setting/issue not related to OBS, such as some kind of sound enhancement option from your audio hardware. OBS doesn't have an equalizer or bass boost or any other audio effects to apply to the audio it records.

You are right, just tested with another recording program and same issue. I'll keep looking for a solution on my own and post it if I find it.
