Question / Help Audio present but not capturing

Is the volume on the main screen up high enough? its shown in red, I've accidentally turned this down before by accident. it had the same result.

Also:

Code: 
Using custom x264 settings: "crf=5"
Scene buffering time set to 400

I wouldn't use custom x264 if I were you. Settting custom buffer to 0 is fine but the crf setting wont allow x264 to do its best.

Scene buffering should be 700ms for best practices, 400 is what it used to be though...
