Question / Help Audio playback is robotic/echo

I'm running into an issue with any audio I'm playing or bringing in (Skype calls for example) having a robotic sound.

My audio setup includes a mixer going into the headphone/mic port of my PC. This records and plays back perfect. However, OBS doesn't seem to like it.

These are my current audio settings:

My audio playbacks perfect with no echo. However, any audio I play from another program or anytime I start a Skype call with someone, that audio is robotic/echo.

I disabled the audio settings on my webcam video capture and the problem persists.

Any advice/suggestions?
