Bug Report audio output capture stops working

I have to periodically add a new audio output capture source because it constantly stops working. It is set to capture from my default output device. The mixer shows audio activity but it does not reach the stream.

I don't know if it's related to your issue, but it may be helpful for other reasons to update Windows to at least 1809 when working with OBS:
